Ch. 35 to The Afterword

I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the book. Now that we have finished, what are your thoughts on using patients' tissues for research? Should patients decide how their tissues are used and should they be able to make a profit?

On the personal aspect of the book, I was sad when Deborah died. I was happy to read Zakariyya stopped drinking and the Lack's boys are carrying on the wishes of their sister. I wanted to know more about what the family is doing now. Did Davon and Alfred Jr. finish high school? Did they go to college? I still have so many questions. What are your questions? What do you want to know now that you have finished the book?

Remember to write at least 2 paragraphs for your post and to respond to at least one post in a paragraph.

What are your thoughts regarding the family's reaction to see Henrietta's cells and the help they received from the author? What did you think about the possible lawsuit?

I think you know the drill! Please be reflective in your post. I am looking forward to reading your thoughts.

Chapters 5 - 9

I liked reading your last blog post tremendously! Just a couple of reminders:

1. Your original post must be at least 2 paragraphs. Please use correct grammar and punctuation.
2. You must respond to at least 1 other post in one paragraph.

When you write your post think about the following:

1. The doctors not telling Henrietta that the treatments would leave her infertile.
2. Deborah's and the family reluctance to help Rebecca.
3. The endless experiments done to Henrietta's cells.

Of course I want you to think of other interesting information. I can't wait to read your thoughts.
